This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations of SumCrum subscriptions. SumCrum is a product of ESS ENN Associates.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your SumCrum subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made after the billing period ends
- You may request export of your business data within 30 days of cancellation
Refund Eligibility
Within 7 Days: If you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us through the SumCrum bot or via our website to request a refund.
After 7 Days: Refunds are generally not provided after the initial 7-day period. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for:
- Extended service outages caused by us (exceeding 48 consecutive hours)
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Material misrepresentation of Service capabilities
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact us through the SumCrum bot with the command "Request refund"
- Or reach out via our website at essenn.associates
- Include your account details and reason for the refund request
Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Partial month usage after the 7-day window
- Additional user licenses consumed during the billing period
- Custom integration or setup fees (if applicable)
- Third-party charges (WhatsApp Business API fees, etc.)
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated through the Service.
